Who Pays for What?
Verra Mobility benefit plans offer a combination of plans where we pay 100% of the plan costs, plans where we share the cost, and voluntary plans, where you are able to purchase additional coverages through the convenience of payroll deduction.

Eligibility
At Verra Mobility, we believe in supporting our full-time team members. If you work 30 hours or more per week, you can enroll in our comprehensive benefit plans. This includes coverage for your spouse, children, and other dependents, ensuring your loved ones are taken care of too!
Enrollment is a breeze—just follow the steps in our employee portal, myVerraMobility.
If you have any questions, our HR team is ready to assist you. Remember, you can enroll during our annual Open Enrollment or if you experience a Qualifying Life Event, so stay informed about the timelines! Don’t hesitate to reach out; we’re here to provide all the information you need.
Qualifying Life Events
- Qualifying Life Events are specific life events that allow individuals to make changes to their health insurance coverage outside of the regular enrollment period. These events include:
- Marriage or divorce
- Birth or adoption of a child
- Loss of other health coverage
- Change in residence that affects health plan options
- Change in employment status
- Turning 26 and aging out of a parent's health plan
- Qualifying Life Events allow you to enroll in a new health plan, add or remove dependents from your coverage, or make other changes to your health insurance outside of the regular enrollment period.
How?
If you experience a Qualifying Life Event, you must notify Human Resources of your event and that you would like to make changes to your benefit plan elections.

How do I enroll?
Follow the prompts to guide you through the process.
STEP 1 - Log into MyVerraMobility during your enrollment window. Follow the MyVerraMobility prompt that you see upon login. This will guide you through your enrollment.
STEP 2 - If you are enrolling your spouse, domestic partner, and/or children, please have their full names, birthdates, and social security numbers available.
STEP 3 - Compare your plan options and choose the best plans for you and your family. Be sure to review and submit your elections before logging out.
STEP 4 - Review your benefit confirmation statement and make corrections before the enrollment window closes.
What do I need to enroll dependents?
If enrolling dependents, have their full names, birthdates, and social security numbers ready to ensure a smooth enrollment.When can I make changes?
You can make changes during our annual open enrollment and if you experience a qualifying life event. Please be mindful of our annual open enrollment dates and your ability to make changes within 30 days following a qualifying life event .
